As our first working student Founders Associate, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our founder and growth team, taking on high‑impact projects that will directly shape our commercial and operational success.

Your focus: discovering and scaling new growth channels, driving international expansion, and automating the engine room of our business. You’ll be hands‑on where it matters most.

Tasks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Operations (70%)

• Design, optimize, and automate internal processes and operations
• Help scale our finance setup (accounting, forecasting, business cases)
• Drive strategic projects across different teams
• Support with investor updates and reporting

Growth (30%)

• Help test, validate, and scale new growth channels to expand our reach

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Academic excellence: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Master is preferred) from a top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
• Proven track record: 1-2 internships or jobs at consulting, Investment Banking, startups / VCs—or you’ve built a product yourself once :)
• High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity
• Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German
• Impact‑driven: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Hungry to learn what it takes to run a startup
• Based in Hamburg: We believe being close to the action is crucial (hybrid possible)
