About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Wellness Coach to join our team in Essen and play a key role in fostering a supportive, healthy, and resilient workplace. Your Responsibilities
- Equip employees with practical tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Lead and participate in wellbeing-focused activities during employee training sessions.
- Proactively reach out to employees to offer individual coaching and invite them to group workshops.
- Design, organize, and facilitate psycho-educational sessions, outreach programs, and team-building initiatives aligned with department goals.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance overall employee wellbeing.
- Manage projects and activities as assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager.
- Monitor, document, and report data related to employee progress and wellbeing initiatives.
- Lead by example, upholding strong ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Provide weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to team members.
- Facilitate monthly group sessions for all employees.
- Participate in all required training programs relevant to the role.
- Stay informed about company policies, safety briefings, and organizational updates.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies set by management and HR.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent English proficiency (C1), both spoken and written.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role working with users, clients, or patients.
- A Psychology degree and relevant accreditation from recognized local bodies.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Proficiency with standard office software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and discretion.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while being an engaged team player.
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work fully on-site, Monday to Friday.
