Lead a High‑Impact Warehouse Function in a Global Medtech Organization

As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will take full responsibility for LeMaitre’s regional warehouse operations in Sulzbach, Germany. Leading a team of four warehouse employees, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory management, outbound logistics, compliance, documentation, and performance monitoring. You will be a key contributor to ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of highly specialized medical devices across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining high inventory accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital systems, optimizing warehouse management tools and technology to strengthen inventory accuracy, accelerate order processing, and boost overall operational efficiency.
  • Support ordering and planning processes together with the Senior Specialist.
  • Ensure timely and precise order handling and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain an efficient, clean, and safe warehouse layout.
  • Manage outbound logistics, including carrier selection, contracts, performance tracking, and documentation.
  • Secure compliance with health & safety, quality system requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost‑efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, RA/QA, Finance, and Operations.
  • Support audits, inspections, and corrective action processes.
  • Contribute to operational transformation projects, including the D365 implementation.
A Visible Leader with Strong Ownership and Operational Expertise

We are looking for an experienced, structured, and quality‑driven warehouse leader with experience within warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution management - ideally within the medical device industry or another regulated environment. You enjoy combining hands‑on leadership with strategic planning and are committed to creating safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations. You work autonomously, communicate clearly, and bring a high level of integrity, curiosity, and accountability. Experience with outbound logistics, carrier management, documentation requirements, warehouse management systems, and ERP systems - especially Dynamics 365 - is a significant advantage. Fluency in German and English is required.
