With over XXXX employees and a turnover of 16.4 billion, we are proud to be a market leader in automotive supply for a century. The Friedrichsdorf site in Germany focuses on Comfort and Driving Assistance. Our department is seeking a VIE Customer Service Contact for 12 months.
You will recognize and manage all customer product demands by driving sales, operations planning, and master production schedules.
Upon receiving customer schedules (via EDI, webEDI, or paper), you will ensure customer requirements are integrated into the system.
You will identify and highlight significant order variations between forecasted and actual schedules.
You will oversee the entire supply chain (procurement, production, shipping).
You will coordinate logistics issues with external platforms.
You will ensure customer demands (date and quantity) are met.
You will launch internal scheduling considering customer priorities.
You will alert sales in case of crises (customer or internal) to define priorities.

You hold a master's degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
You have relevant experience in this field.
You are fluent in English.
You possess good communication skills, have an international mindset, and are open to new cultures and ways of working.
You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic.
