Vice President, Product Management AI (all genders)

Responsibilities
- Create and own the AI product strategy, build a long‑term roadmap, and translate business cases into market launch.
- Align marketing and commercial strategy for AI, and communicate product requirements to cross‑functional teams.
- Lead a high‑performing team of Product Managers and Owners, direct backlog execution, make release decisions, and work directly with strategic customers on requirements and roll‑outs.
- Measure and adapt product strategy using data‑driven insights, and continuously observe success to translate insights into product improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Solution Delivery, and Business Development to deliver context‑aware recommendations and automation for IT admins and end users.
- Apply generative AI to record sessions, generate recommendations, and update a self‑help knowledge base to boost employee experience.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or related field.
- Proven track record leading strategic product initiatives in the AI space and building multi‑skilled teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and out‑of‑the‑box creative skills.
- Experience in user‑experience design and AI application to end‑user software.
- Expert level in product and project management and senior leadership.
- Deep knowledge of current AI, LLM, and machine learning technology and data‑science concepts.
- Strong understanding of Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and DEX solutions.
- Customer‑centric mindset, with experience working directly with customers and partners throughout the software development cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Working knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
