We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR leader to join our international team. As the Vice President, HR Business Partner (VP HRBP) for our global Bio Life Sciences (BLS) and Data Center business units, you will partner with senior leaders across Exyte to provide strategic HR leadership aligned with our company’s growth objectives in BLS and Data Center.

This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping and driving people strategies that promote leadership development, workforce optimization, and an inclusive organizational culture—ensuring operational excellence and long-term success of our global businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals of BLS and Data Center units, supporting global expansion
  • Foster leadership culture and support growth of leadership capabilities
  • Lead talent development, employee retention, performance management, succession planning, and engagement programs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and operational changes
  • Drive employee engagement to enhance satisfaction, productivity, and retention
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in HR strategies
  • Oversee performance management systems and compensation frameworks
  • Coordinate with regional and global HR teams for strategy alignment

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • At least 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design
  • Ability to lead HR initiatives through organizational change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English; German is a plus
