Your role will drive profitability, optimize cash flow, and support sustainable growth in a manufacturing-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Leadership
  Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with business objectives. Provide strategic direction for financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Finance Operations & Compliance
  Oversee accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Optimize cash flow, working capital, and investments (CapEx). Ensure robust internal controls and risk management.
• Strategic Initiatives & M&A
  Lead M&A due diligence and integration efforts. Support audits and compliance with international standards.
• Team Leadership
  Manage and mentor a finance team of professionals and managers. Drive digitalization and ERP transformation projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Management or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
• Proven track record in high-growth, multinational companies.
• Strong background in manufacturing environments (companies producing physical products).
• Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Prepared to travel internationally.
