We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a GSE Maintenance Technician-Advanced (m / f / d).

What you will be doing

Launch and execute monthly preventative maintenance repair / work orders as per global maintenance system planning for GSE and material handling equipment

Create curative repair / work orders for curative maintenance and execute work for GSE and material handling equipment

Launch regulatory inspections as per legal requirements whatever on GSE and material handling equipment as well as on workshop equipment

Logging maintenance carried out on each asset and maintaining both system and physical records.

Order works to vendors when applicable and check proper execution

Collect and sign worksheets from vendors and encode accordingly in global maintenance system

Check invoices are correct for further approval by manager

Order spare parts when necessary store and register accordingly

Ensure to keep workshop in good and safe condition and work safely at all times

Troubleshoot GSE equipment when failure disturbs operations ensure to remove faulty equipment

Sporadically support other German locations with GSE issues

Ensure delivery and assembly of new assets and update global maintenance system accordingly

Identify cost saving opportunities

Report identified defects for analysis and further equipment improvement

Keep a great collaboration with internal customers and communicate in a solution oriented manner

Computer literacy and ability to easily use specific systems
