Responsibilities
- Design for growth: translate hypotheses into user flows, UI mockups, and assets that improve key metrics like sign‑up conversion, activation, and retention.
- Experiment fast: collaborate with our Growth Engineer and Growth Manager, test new ideas weekly, and learn from data and user interviews.
- Own the trial and onboarding experience: craft delightful product moments that turn curious users into loyal teams.
- Prototype and iterate: design variants and run A/B tests in Figma and with AI‑powered tools to validate ideas quickly.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely in an interdisciplinary environment to develop, test, and validate ideas focused on the success of awork.

You'll thrive if you have
- 3–5+ years of experience in product or growth/CRO design, ideally for B2B SaaS products.
- A track record of designing features, flows, or experiments that measurably improved conversion or retention.
- Strong visual and UX design skills with a data‑informed mindset.
- Confidence translating insights into high‑fidelity designs in Figma and experimenting with AI‑assisted tools.
- Experience collaborating in fast‑paced, hypothesis‑driven environments.
- Fluency in English and German (min. C1).
- Bonus: familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Metabase, or frameworks like ICE.
- We make teams happy 💜 – our product genuinely improves how people work.
- We’re a dream team – ambitious, kind, and serious about impact.
- We live our values – Be an adventurer means we take creative risks, experiment boldly, and learn constantly.
- Team culture: building a team of smart, communicative, and fun experts is our top priority.
- Ownership: collaborate with autonomy – freedom to test ideas and support to grow fast.
We’re a hybrid team, so you should be comfortable working async, but also excited to spend quality time with the crew in Hamburg.
