Responsibilities

• Design for growth: translate hypotheses into user flows, UI mockups, and assets that improve key metrics like sign‑up conversion, activation, and retention.
• Experiment fast: collaborate with our Growth Engineer and Growth Manager, test new ideas weekly, and learn from data and user interviews.
• Own the trial and onboarding experience: craft delightful product moments that turn curious users into loyal teams.
• Prototype and iterate: design variants and run A/B tests in Figma and with AI‑powered tools to validate ideas quickly.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely in an interdisciplinary environment to develop, test, and validate ideas focused on the success of awork.

• Fluency in English and German (min. C1).
• Bonus: familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Metabase, or frameworks like ICE.
