What you will do:

• Design high-end UI and motion for in-car digital experiences
• Create expressive light-based and 2D/3D animations that feel intuitive and emotionally engaging
• Translate UX ideas into visual stories and motion-driven concepts
• Collaborate with design, lighting, and engineering teams across Germany and China
• Contribute to futuristic interface concepts and help define a consistent motion language
• Stay inspired by emerging trends in motion, interaction, design, and real-time tech

What you will bring:

• 5 + years of experience in motion design, UI design, or interaction design for digital products.
• Self drive and autonomous working style with direct reporting
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion work : especially 2D, light-based, or 3D animation with a refined aesthetic
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense for premium, elegant, and emotionally engaging design
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Blender, Unity, or Unreal Engine is a plus)
• A solid sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Strong collaboration and communication skills (English is must, German and /or Chinese is a plus)
• Degree in Motion Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Game Design, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in automotive, connected products, or high-end tech design

Nice To Have:

• Background in real-time environments, lighting design, or interactive storytelling
• Familiarity with cross-cultural teams or experience working internationally
• Passion for shaping future experiences beyond traditional screens
