Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate appropriate candidates for current job openings.
  • Develop and expand your own client and candidate portfolio (highly important).
  • Prepare candidate CVs for presentation to clients.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for senior consultants.
  • Reach out to prospective clients by phone or email.
  • Observe and learn from senior consultants during their daily tasks.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in German (C1) with strong oral and written skills; fluent in English (B2).
  • Academic or professional qualifications in HR or related fields are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing time effectively.
  • Proactive, positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Proficient with computers and knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the business.
