Your mission with us

For our new venture within the FUTRUE Group, we are immediately seeking aTrainee – Brain-Computer-Interface Development (m/f/d) to develop the leading generation of brain-computer interfaces with us by 2030, redefining the boundaries of medicine. Your tasks

In our 24-month trainee program, you will work hands-on with us to redefine the boundaries of medicine using brain-computer interfaces. Your focus will be on three key areas:

  • Technology Development: Help design the next generation of brain-computer interfaces, making a significant contribution to the development of Probe & Electrode, as well as Chip & Connectivity.
  • Research & Strategy: Analyze and evaluate the latest state of science and technology in the BCI field and translate your findings into strategic recommendations for management, helping us build an innovative edge.
  • Regulatory & Application: Develop application scenarios and master regulatory challenges to transform our technology into life-changing products.

Following your traineeship, you will deepen your technical specialization and prepare to take on technical leadership responsibilities. Our goal is for you to be entrusted with a technical leadership role within 3 years of your start.

Requirements
  • You are passionate about shaping the next major innovation in the health-tech sector in an environment with fast decision-making processes.
  • You have already gained initial experience in a hardware-related field.
  • You have recently completed your degree (master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Neuroscience, or a comparable field, with excellent results.
  • You have a strong drive, the ability to quickly grasp new subject areas, and can communicate complex matters concisely; ideally demonstrated through internships, social engagement, or similar activities.
  • You are business-fluent in English or German (min. C1).
