Zusammenfassung

A digital platform is seeking individuals in Germany for its Project Sugar. Participants will conduct user experience tests on TikTok, involving screen recordings and feedback collection. Ideal candidates are German speakers who are new users of TikTok. The task is expected to take around 2 hours, with a fixed rate of $60 per participant. We are looking for German speakers for our Sugar project!!

Requirements

• You MUST be in Germany and you MUST be a German speaker.
• TikTok (NOT yet registered, NEW users only) , screen recorder in Mobile Phone. Anyone who has a TikTok account already is NOT eligible to participate in the project.

Rate : Fixed rate of $60 per participant to complete all tasks.

Workload : Around 2 hours or less.

Task summary

• Video recording of phone screen for user experience (10min-40min), including new register onboarding process and the process of use (record the real experience of the user)
• Screenshot of push 1 to 2 days after installation
• 1 set of text responses from questionnaire

New users on TikTok will have to collect genuine, constructive and timely user experience and feedback during the project duration. The data collected will be used to enhance and optimize TikTok platform to further improve user experience.
