Responsibilities
- Central customer contact at the Porsche Center, particularly for questions about e-mobility and Connect services
- Expert and internal knowledge multiplier regarding new product content (e.g., Porsche Connect, Porsche E-Performance)
- Conducting internal basic training sessions on e-mobility and connectivity
- Conducting second deliveries and customer events to provide detailed explanations of the vehicle with a focus on e-performance and Porsche Connect
- Creating and conducting presentations and tutorials
- Responsible for the charging infrastructure at and in the Porsche Center
- Generating interest and fascination for the brand and products among customers
Qualifications
- Education: You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a technical or business background.
- Experience and expertise: You have several years of experience working with end customers, gained in the automotive industry.
- Personality: You have a strong affinity for technology and are passionate about connectivity, electrification, and key trends in the automotive industry. With your open-minded nature and excellent communication skills, you represent the Porsche brand.
- Working method: You work independently, responsibly, and creatively. The service approach is paramount and characterizes your work.
- Enthusiasm: You are passionate about your work and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Language: You have excellent German and English skills.
