What you will do

• Maintain production facilities in the BMAG area (metallization, grinding, and etching)
• Perform troubleshooting & repairs with advanced plant knowledge
• Carry out preventive maintenance
• Coordinate and accept comprehensive service work, including collaboration with external companies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., DGUV)
• Improve system technology, performance, and processes
• Identify failure points and execute process optimizations
• Share information with other users and maintenance teams
• Determine critical spare parts and ensure their supply
• Train operational production employees on standardized service work
• Document faults and services
• Handle internal production projects and serve as contact for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments

What you will need

• State-certified technician in electrical engineering or similar, with electrical specialist qualification
• Relevant professional experience in a technical environment (maintenance/production)
