Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and repair of dental milling machine systems for the manufacture of dental prostheses
• Service and training assignments in Germany and abroad
• Technical support by telephone, ticket system, and email
  • For software, hardware, or user questions
• Close cooperation with the service team and careful documentation of assignments and work

Profile of requirements

• Completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in technical service/support or maintenance is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Customer focus and communication skills
• Independence, initiative, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel from Monday to Thursday
