Johnson Controls is expanding our Data Centre Vertical, and we have various Sales Account Manager positions available in Neu-Isenburg and in different lines of business.

We are seeking talent with expertise in HVAC, Building Management Systems / Controls, Fire Detection and Security.

In this role, you will :

Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to create a pipeline for the EMEA region

Maximize account penetration by leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building solutions

We seek hunters, driven to develop strong client relationships and self-motivated to drive growth :

You will articulate JCI offerings, strategize sales approaches, and ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts

Responsibilities include building partnering relationships, maintaining frequent contact with customers, optimizing and leading technical specifications throughout the JCI portfolio, leading collaborative efforts with regional offices, conducting technical presentations, and providing feedback to management

Required skills include experience in HVAC (thermal management), Building Management Systems / Controls, Fire Detection or Security

A proven sales track record, adaptability in a consultative approach, and the ability to travel 25%-50% of the time

Preferred qualifications include several years of experience in the data centre industry and an existing network in the field

You speak fluent English and German
