We are seeking a Technical Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design and engineering, transforming complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping a data-driven, AI-powered product for modern manufacturing, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions from concept to launch.

YOUR ROLE

• Work alongside designers, engineers, and product managers to enhance existing features and develop new ones
• Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences that balance usability and system capabilities
• Bridge design and engineering by ensuring design decisions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product goals
• Take responsibility for the entire design process from ideation, prototyping and design, to testing and validation

What Sets You Up For Success

• Technical or economic‑technical degree and strong entrepreneurial thinking
• 5+ years as a technical designer or engineer
• Already worked on a complex, data‑heavy Product (experience with agentic AI is a plus)
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across features
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design and engineering teams, to ship impactful work
• Strong analytical and communication skills, you can explain tech to non‑tech
• Curiosity for manufacturing and how factories actually run
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all‑in with us
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
