As a Technical Architect for HR Applications at Munich Re, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing technology solutions that meet complex business needs. With a focus on strategic technology investments and compliance, you will work closely with enterprise architects, ensuring the long-term viability of IT solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in IT architecture, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors, and a drive for continuous learning and professional development.
This role will be part of the Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology, which oversees IT service delivery and manages key relationships across all corporate and central units, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Services/Facilities, and Procurement. The Tower also manages cross-functional domains such as document management, collaboration platforms, corporate websites, and Group-wide Identity Access Management (IAM), as well as selected central platforms and Regulatory/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product delivery.
