Job Overview

Oversees day-to-day operations to manufacture products to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
• Monitoring daily production processes and chairing Tier 2 meetings (SQDCP)
• Leading, training, and developing the assembly team
• Ensuring quality standards and supporting quality control
• Implementing continuous improvements (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TEOA)
• Recording and reporting relevant production key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinating resources and interfaces (technology, logistics, maintenance)
• Active problem solving and conflict management
• Deputizing for the assembly manager and taking responsibility for the area during new product launches

What your background should look like

• Technical/craft vocational training with further training as a master craftsman or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with quality norms and standards
• Confident manner and good communication skills across various levels and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of German and English
