The organization is modernizing its finance function and strengthening financial steering across both the Solingen headquarters and the Weißenburg plant.

Location: On-site in Solingen, Germany, with up to 1 day home office per week and occasional travel (~10%) to the Weißenburg facility.

The Role

We're looking for a Finance Team Lead who will lead and further develop the finance function. In this role, you will ensure financial transparency, solid reporting, and effective financial processes across the business, while managing and mentoring a small team of two colleagues.
