As Team Lead Supply Planning (f/m/d/x) at HelloFresh DACH, your role will be to establish a supply chain planning team as a newly created function within the procurement operations team, together with your team of 4 experienced procurement professionals. This is a great opportunity to shape the supply chain planning at HelloFresh globally that gives you the opportunity to actively work on developing standards and applying best practices in close collaboration with your supply chain planning colleagues around the globe.

• This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible).

Your area of responsibility

• You will lead the supply planning team, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Operations & Planning, fostering growth and development, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships and team administration
• You oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supply Planning Team, ensuring 100% availability of ingredients for the HelloFresh Boxes, while actively monitoring and managing inventory levels against targets
• You will define and track team objectives and Key Results (OKRs), creating a detailed supply planning roadmap, while monitoring progress to drive successful outcomes
• You develop and execute comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) plans, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve company goals
• You lead supply strategy development and optimization, aligning targets for inventory, waste levels, and streamlining the upstream supply chain
• You will also collaborate with the international Supply Planning Team to develop best practices, manage costs, and drive operational excellence

Your profile

• You have 3+ years of progressive experience in demand and/or supply planning as well as a general understanding of purchasing & supply chain
• You are an experienced leader, ready to lead aligned with our values
• You bring a high level of ownership and end-to-end thinking
• You are experienced in setting, monitoring and reporting KPIs and are detail oriented and comfortable in dealing with numbers and big volumes of data
• You convince with professionalism and conscientiousness in your dealings with stakeholders
