Your tasks
- Department Setup & Process Design:You will establish Strategic Account Management as an independent department – with clear structures, efficient processes, and practical standards. You’ll shape the direction, drive initiatives, and lay the foundation for long-term success.
- Strategic Customer Development with Vision:You’ll develop sustainable account strategies that strengthen customer retention and satisfaction – and promote this mindset across the entire team.
- Advisory with Impact: You proactively and strategically engage with existing clients, identify growth and optimization opportunities, and lead targeted up- and cross-selling initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: You lead our account management team with clarity, empathy, and drive – develop your team members, ensure top-tier consulting quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- CRM & Process Expertise: You actively shape our CRM strategy and ensure the structured, data-driven use of relevant customer insights for continuous improvement.
- Churn Prevention through Proximity: You establish processes to identify potential cancellations early and counteract them through targeted actions – leveraging tools like NPS and more.
- Collaboration at Eye Level:You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and holistic client experience.
- Expectation Management & Quality Assurance: You define clear statements of work, continuously monitor service delivery, and manage expectations transparently and reliably.
- Strategic Growth: You identify new opportunities – whether through products, clients, or partnerships – and develop them to market readiness together with relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- Account Management Expertise: You have several years of experience in strategic account management or customer success – ideally in a digital, tech-driven environment or agency setting.
- Hospitality Knowledge:You understand the world of hospitality first-hand and know what matters to hoteliers.
- Proven Track Record: You've demonstrably improved client retention, reduced churn, and driven growth through up- and cross-selling.
- Analytical & Structured: You work data-driven, are familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, and think in terms of processes.
- Strong Communicator & Empathic: You communicate clearly and persuasively, with tact in client interactions and diplomatic skill in internal alignment.
- Leadership with Integrity:You bring leadership experience, aim to grow further, and lead your team with authentic values and vision.
- Online Marketing Knowledge:You understand the digital funnel, customer journey, and the growth potential they offer.
- Experienced in Building Structures:You've played a key role in building or expanding a department.
- Language & Mobility:You’re fluent in both German and English – and willing to regularly visit clients on-site and represent our company professionally.
- Hands-on Mentality: You think like an entrepreneur, take initiative, own your responsibilities – and never lose sight of the strategic big picture.
