Responsibilities
  • Ensuring smooth IT operations and continuous development of our software applications
  • Managing software projects from concept to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Achieving operational excellence in the development team with a focus on cost, scope, timeline, quality, technical debt, and knowledge distribution
  • Supporting our strategic direction in line with annual goals and improving our agile development process
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your software developers, with a focus on skill-building and resource planning
What matters
  • A degree in Computer Science or training as an IT specialist in application development
  • Strong technical understanding of software development methods, processes, and tools, ideally with experience in product management
  • Focus on frontend development with ReactJS and UX, along with good knowledge of backend development using C#
  • Several years of hands‑on experience as a senior frontend developer, lead frontend engineer, software architect, or full stack developer
  • Proven leadership skills with a high degree of independence and assertiveness
  • Solid knowledge in software architecture (e.g. ORM mappers, event‑driven architecture, domain‑driven design, message brokers, REST, cloud‑native apps) is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
