Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im (Marken-)Marketing, idealerweise in konsumorientierten Lifestyle- oder Modeumgebungen.
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Erfolgsbilanz im Management von Mitarbeitern.
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

Stellenbeschreibung

As Teamlead Brand Marketing Campaigns & Cooperations (m/f/d), you will shape Breuninger’s international brand presence by leading the planning, development and execution of our 360° brand campaigns and strategic collaborations.

Working closely with internal stakeholders (Creative, Media, Buying, CRM, Analytics) as well as external brand partners and agencies, you will ensure that Breuninger is positioned as a leading international omnichannel luxury fashion retailer.

The ideal candidate (m/f/d) is a highly trained marketing professional, experienced inbrand and campaign management and communication planning with a passion for lifestyle and fashion. You must have strong strategic and execution skills, ensuring that the cross-functional team continuously strives for excellence and delivers ambitious and impactful campaigns. You are an extraordinary communicator and a stakeholder management champion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your team in developing and executing 360° campaigns that elevate Breuninger’s brand internationally and strengthen our positioning as the No. 1 omnichannel player in the DACH region and beyond. Manage and mentor two local Brand Marketing managers (Austria/Switzerland and Poland/CEE) as part of your broader team, ensuring seamless integration of market needs into our overarching communication strategy
  • Deliver impactful 360° brand campaigns and collaborations across all touchpoints (digital & offline), ensuring coherent, and premium brand experience
  • Evaluate marketing activities and collaborations on a KPI level, optimizing for the maximum return on brand and investment
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and partner brands
  • Foster a culture of excellence and efficiency in your team, driving continuous process improvements and automation
  • Guide international markets by establishing structures and processes that strengthen brand awareness in focus regions
  • Manage and develop partnerships tailored to relevant market and consumer segments
  • Integrate AI applications into planning and campaign development processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in (brand) marketing ideally in consumer-facing lifestyle or fashion environments
  • Proven leadership experience and track record in people management
  • Deep understanding of 360° channel orchestration including all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Strong expertise in leveraging AI applications in campaign planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • Strong project management capabilities, paired with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset
  • High emotional intelligence, able to navigate complex processes and diverse stakeholders with ease
  • Hands-on, ambitious and passionate about luxury, lifestyle and fashion
  • Affinity for complex processes and continuous improvements across all involved parties, striving for best results
  • Fluency in German and English
