The Product Marketing organization at PALFINGER is continuously growing to elevate our global market presence. To further strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for a Team Lead Product Marketing to support our team in Bergheim (Salzburg) who will lead and develop a global team of product marketers dedicated to individual product lines and market segments.

In this role, you will provide strategic direction, ensure alignment across functions, and drive the creation and execution of product marketing strategies and global Go-to-Market approaches across PALFINGER’s entire portfolio. You will act as a central link between Product Management, Sales & Service, and Global Marketing & Communications, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and impactful market execution worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of global product marketers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Guide the development and execution of mid- to long-term product marketing strategies, aligned with corporate priorities, product roadmaps, and regional market needs, and drive the planning, prioritization, and execution of global Go-to-Market strategies while maintaining the Go-to-Market roadmap
• Ensure messaging consistency, positioning alignment, and customer insights integration across product lines and regions
• Act as the central contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration with Product Management, Sales & Service, and Marketing & Communications
• Oversee operational excellence by establishing frameworks, best practices, and progress monitoring to ensure measurable business impact

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Product Management in an industrial/B2B environment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging development, as well as strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 59.766,98based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
