A leading solar energy company based in Berlin is looking for a Team Lead Origination to manage the acquisition of utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will oversee a growing team, develop origination strategies, and negotiate land agreements essential for project feasibility. Since 2009, ib vogt has commissioned plants with a capacity of over 3 Gigawatt. We employ over 840 specialists, in all areas of the solar power plant value chain in over 40 countries. The company operates internationally from offices in EMEA, US, APAC and India.
The Team Lead Origination Germany (m / f / d) oversees the acquisition of utility‑scale PV (photovoltaic) and BESS (battery energy storage system) projects in Germany. This role focuses on strategically building and managing the Origination team (FTE) as well as the GIS team (3‑4 FTE), driving project identification, streamlining processes, and ensuring the successful achievement of the company's goals.
The role is Berlin based (hybrid model) or remote in Germany.
