A leading life sciences recruiter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support strategic recruitment for a prominent pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, and be fluent in both German and English. Responsibilities include advising hiring managers, assisting in job descriptions, managing recruitment agencies, and conducting candidate selection processes. This role requires a part-time onsite presence in Pfaffenhofen.

Qualifikationen

  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, either at a recruitment agency or within a large international company.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage, particularly in oncology, cardiology, or pharmaceutical production.
  • Fluent in both German and English.

  • Assist in creating job descriptions.
  • Manage and brief external recruitment agencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Skills and Requirements
  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, either at a recruitment agency or within a large international company.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage, particularly in oncology, cardiology, or pharmaceutical production.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus.
  • University degree in human resources or a comparable qualification.
