A leading micromobility company in Berlin is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition professional to join their Fleet Operations team. This role involves driving recruitment efforts and collaborating with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Swedish, possess several years of volume recruitment experience, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. As part of the Talent Acquisition team , you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). In this role, you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include :
