They are now looking for a System Engineer / Project Manager Refrigeration Technology to strengthen their team.

Aufgaben

• Analyzing tenders and contracts to define technical project requirements.

• Developing complete technical concepts including calculations, simulations, system diagrams, cable and piping plans, and spare part strategies.

• Creating documentation packages (e.g. training material, maintenance manuals, commissioning procedures).

• Coordinating internal departments and subcontractors during project planning and execution.

• Evaluating risks, residuals, and guarantees during both acquisition and implementation phases.

• Preparing budget and capacity plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Managing technical clarifications with clients and suppliers throughout the lifecycle.

• Leading the technical design of refrigeration systems for naval and merchant ships.

• Supporting production, installation, commissioning, and warranty processing.

Anforderungen

• Degree in mechanical, shipbuilding, electrical, or refrigeration engineering, or technical training as a technician or mechatronics engineer.

• Professional and structured working style with team-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Solid experience with MS Office; ERP and SolidEdge knowledge is a plus.

• Project management experience is an advantage.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
