Senior system engineers in this department play a pivotal role in system architecture, deployment, and optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing large‑scale projects, and providing technical expertise to enhance public safety communication networks across Europe.
As our System Engineer Compliance & Certification you will be the primary technical bridge between our engineering teams and the stringent regulatory landscapes of critical communications. You are the gatekeeper of quality and compliance, ensuring that our life‑critical technology meets the exacting standards of the BDBOS and TCCA. This is a high‑impact role where your technical expertise directly enables the deployment of secure, reliable communication networks for public safety and government authorities.
The System Engineer Compliance & Certification acts as an interface between standardization bodies, government agencies, and authorized bodies. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable engineering goals and ensure our product roadmap aligns with national security and interoperability mandates. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering you will design and execute comprehensive test plans and manage the end‑to‑end certification lifecycle. You will support our customers during testing of new releases and provide consultancy during their roll‑out. With your expertise in compliance & certification you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders and represent Motorola Solutions in industry forums and user conferences.
