Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to staff across various departments
  • Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, software, and hardware issues
  • Support and maintain Office IT infrastructure including printers, access points, and thin clients
  • Perform basic networking tasks such as configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN
  • Collaborate with 2nd/3rd line support teams as needed
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
  • Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through excellent service delivery
