We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team as our current incumbent transitions to a new opportunity. With major transformation projects underway and key leadership changes planned for 2026, this is a pivotal moment to step in and shape the future of Hof’s supply‑chain performance.

GETTING A FLYING START

In this role, you will lead the full supply‑chain scope of the Hof site—including planning, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination. You will be the key driver of service performance, stability, and operational excellence, ensuring that our plant delivers on time, every time.

Working closely with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and other sites, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, inventory performance, plant efficiency, and overall business continuity.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead and develop the site supply‑chain team, ensuring strong performance and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Deliver operational excellence by managing core KPIs: OTIF, inventory coverage, customer lead time, claims, transportation costs, and working capital.
• Consolidate and challenge Master Production Schedules (MPS) for critical flows and secure alignment with materials availability and plant capacity.
• Drive transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, digital tools deployment, and supply‑chain performance improvements.
• Serve as the supply‑chain voice in customer interactions and lead Root Cause Analyses for service issues, driving robust corrective actions.

YOUR STARTING POINTS

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

• Proven experience in supply‑chain roles within industrial or manufacturing environments, including both operational and transformational responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in planning/MPS, inventory optimisation, logistics flows, and performance recovery (OTIF, RCA, action plans).
• Experience leading or coordinating supply‑chain teams, ideally in a multisite or matrix organisation.
• Solid command of SAP or similar ERP systems, combined with strong data and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence at all levels.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
