Job description
Tasks
- Assembly of components and subassemblies for the Eurofighter Section 3/2B
- Application of sealants and corrosion protection, including rework of surface damage
- Sealing and bonding of components according to technical instructions
- Reviewing and sorting work orders and drawings in preparation for tasks
- Equipping components and workstations, including technical checks and provisioning
- Positioning and securing structural components according to specifications
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic, painter/varnisher, carpenter, metalworker, or in a comparable metalworking profession
- Initial experience in aerospace mechanics and metal structural assembly, ideally at Airbus Operations
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Fluent German skills (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
