Jobbeschreibung

Ready to dial in? HAGIUS is getting ready to evolve. With exciting things ahead, our focus on Strength will continue to grow as a core training modality. We are therefore pleased to open applications for a highly skilled Strength coach to join our team.

As a HAGIUS instructor, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing our clients with thoughtful, high-quality guidance tailored to their individual needs. Our goal is not to fill the room - but rather to foster an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Tasks

Whilst there is flexibility in how this role may take shape, it is intended for those seeking to not only deliver outstanding classes, but shape the future of Strength at HAGIUS. We hope to offer a space where your unique talents can shine and have influence on our product.

You will act as a guiding force, exchanging knowledge and collaborating with your fellow coaches to deliver the highest-quality Strength sessions.

The role comprises 3 elements: coaching group classes and PT sessions as well as “back office hours” - time dedicated to all things non-client-facing - think class prep, team-brainstorms, round-table exchanges and more.

This is an exclusive, full-time role - up to 35 hours/6 days a week - so as to provide our coaches with a stable environment in which they can fully invest themselves.

If all of this sounds like you but the terms do not quite fit, a rare exception may be granted where zero conflict of interest can be guaranteed; however we remain focused on finding coaches who are dedicated to the role.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly qualified strength-focused instructor, with at least 5 years of coaching experience - we understand that there are some talented coaches who may have been taught for a shorter period of time but whose passion and investment makes it seem far longer - if this is you, we still encourage you to apply.

We are especially looking for coaches who, like us, know that energy matters. Those who know how to make the room come alive, have a natural flair for building community and engage with their clients in meaningful ways.

The ideal candidate is seriously dialed into technique and is a pro at offering impactful insights and modifications. Their coaching style contains both well-articulated instructions and in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology. They also have a strong sense of musicality.

Their passion speaks for itself and shows in their dependable nature. Work is taken seriously, they show up on time and know how to be a true team player.

If you thrive in a setting that emphasizes personalized care, exceptional instruction, and a team-oriented culture, this is the place for you.

Bonus points for those who:

See themselves as not only strength-experts, but as future-leaders of the fitness/wellness sphere.

As well as coaches who hold additional qualifications/experience as pilates instructors as well as other more holistic practices.

If you have a personal passion for the Arts, the regulating properties of music and an eye for aesthetics (whether that be in the realm of movement or design) we believe you’ll feel particularly aligned with HAGIUS.

Please note this is an on-site role, open to applicants eligible to work in Germany. Applications from those based in Berlin and those planning to independently relocate to Berlin are welcomed.
