We are looking for a Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

The Strategic Partner Account Manager will drive the establishment, management, and growth of Acronis’ presence within existing and new service provider partners. This role will work in close collaboration with sales managers and leaders at each of our service providers to increase Acronis’s revenue, customer base, and market share within their business. The role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills, balancing short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. The decisions and actions taken locally may have a global impact due to the scale of Acronis’ largest service provider partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Establish, manage, and grow Acronis’ presence within existing and new service provider partners
  • Grow incremental Annual Recurring Revenue/sales through sales initiatives
  • Responsible for training, onboarding, and enablement of new/prospective service providers
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecast/pipeline and business activity reports to the Acronis sales management team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Business Planning Sessions with assigned SP partners
  • Enable cross-functional cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy, and other teams, including Acronis executives as necessary
  • Work with Service Providers to sell to their existing customer base to increase adoption of Acronis Cyber Protection services
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless account management and communication

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience, especially with strategic large accounts
  • 3+ years of experience managing service provider partners, focusing on backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies
  • Strong strategic business development and tactical sales skills
  • Technical aptitude for delivering sales and product training, with a good understanding of product positioning and client needs
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
