• Manage communities within CSR initiatives.

• Create, conceptualize, and implement ideas for CSR initiatives and content assets

• Support meeting preparation and help drive individual projects forward

• Support communication of Corporate Social Responsibility projects within internal and external ZEISS group channels

• Support updating relevant websites, presentations, trainings and guidelines

• Support benchmarking of Corporate Social Responsibility trends and continuously track the success of existing initiatives together with internal stakeholders

• Maintain and actively manage communities within Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor`s degree in media management, sustainability, marketing communication or similar and are looking for a dual master program as Steinbeis student

• Proven project management skills, also in an international environment

• Experienced with MS Office

• Creating impact by working pragmatic, proactive and solution oriented

• Managing internal and external stakeholders

• Enjoy doing good for society within the activities of ZEISS

• Fluent in English and German, written and verbal
