Overview

Your mission

We are scaling fast and looking for a highly skilled Senior CRM Administrator to take ownership of our HubSpot CRM environment. This role is critical to ensuring best-in-class data management automation and process scalability across the customer journey from lead gen through quoting and invoicing. You will be both a hands-on system expert and a strategic partner. Sitting within the Data Team (with future transition into Revenue Operations) you'll be responsible for managing and scaling our HubSpot CRM & PlanHat ecosystem driving automation and integrations and ensuring data quality and governance across teams. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and RevOps to enable a 360 CRM view helping business achieve efficiency accuracy and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including user management, workflows & pipelines.
  • Identify, design and manage integrations via APIs to connect with other systems. Own CRM data standards including deduplication, compliance, enrichment in close collaboration with the Data Team.
  • Ensure generated data is correct and seamlessly supports downstream systems (e.g., PlanHat for CSMs).
  • Stay ahead of CRM best practices, recommending and implementing tools and processes to keep us best-in-class.
What you need to be successful
  • 5 years CRM experience (nice to have: at least 3 years in HubSpot).
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable CRM processes across lead generation, sales pipelines and invoicing.
  • Strong expertise in automations, workflows & reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with API handling and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Data.
