As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company-wide content strategy to support MANTL’s brand, marketing, and sales goals. You’ll lead the development of a cohesive, scalable content plan that reflects MANTL’s voice and value proposition across multiple products, audiences, and channels.

This is a senior level individual contributor role that will manage an external content agency and collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts across the business.

You Will

• Define, document, and evolve MANTL’s content strategy and editorial plan across the entire customer journey.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content types and channels—including website, blog, emails, social media, thought leadership, sales enablement, and customer marketing.
• Manage and direct the work of an external content agency, ensuring on-brand execution and delivery of high-quality assets on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content priorities aligned to marketing campaigns, product launches, sales initiatives, and broader company goals.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling content that builds MANTL’s thought leadership and drives demand.
• Define and track key content performance metrics; use insights to inform content planning and optimization.
• Manage content calendars and production workflows to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor content to continually elevate MANTL’s voice and positioning.

Your Background

• You have a degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• You have 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial management, or related roles—ideally in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment.
• You are a strategic thinker who knows how to turn business goals into effective content programs.
• You have strong editorial skills and a keen eye for quality, tone, and brand alignment.
• You are experienced in managing external content partners and agencies.
• You are highly organized and excel at managing complex content calendars and workflows.
• You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating technical or nuanced topics into accessible, engaging content.
• You bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and are passionate about helping a brand stand out through storytelling.
• Experience in the banking and financial services industry is preferred (but not required).

The salary range for this position is: $104,000 - $156,000
