Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in SAP HCM mit speziellen Kenntnissen in Payroll und Zeitmanagement.

The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung (KV) Berlin is a public corporation and an important key function in the healthcare system. We are responsible for ensuring outpatient medical and psychotherapeutic care for people with statutory health insurance in the capital. In cooperation with the medical profession, we guarantee this at a high level of quality - around the clock. The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Berlin (Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts) is looking for a full-time (part-time possible) permanent position for its information technology department as soon as possible.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the support and further development of SAP HCM, in particular Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT), including customizing and optimization
• Advice and support for the HR department, incl. conception and implementation of workshops for key users
• Recording and analysis of requirements, development of best-practice solutions and process optimization
• Project management and active collaboration in HR / IT digitalization projects, in particular as part of the S / 4HANA transformation
• Management and quality assurance of external IT service providers
• Creation of evaluations, analyses and HR key figures as well as support with personnel cost planning
• Responsibility for the documentation of system settings and second-level support in SAP HCM if necessary

Your profile

• Academic university degree (e.g. business administration, computer science, business informatics) or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of responsibility of this position
• Proven experience in project leadership and project management, ideally with knowledge of methods (classic and agile)
• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM, sound knowledge of customizing submodules and implementing digitalization projects
• Consulting skills and enjoy taking on requirements and developing practical solutions
• Experience in coordinating and liaising between specialist departments, IT and external service providers
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies, especially SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills an advantage
