Hello there and a warm welcome here at Sungrow! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service Operations team as a Spare Parts Specialist for the EU region. Curious about what this role entails? Lets dive in:

• Monitor and maintain safety stock levels in EU warehouses according to defined targets.
• Conduct regular stock analysis and demand forecasting based on service consumption and product lifecycle.
• Generate and place replenishment orders with headquarters and track delivery status to ensure timely receipt.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate stock movements and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Analyze inventory KPIs and report trends to the Spare Parts Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for spare parts planning and inventory processes.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in inventory planning spare parts management or logistics; experience in energy PV or electronics sectors is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management safety stock calculations and demand forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with good communication and teamwork abilities.
• English C1; German is a plus.
