In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them understand and engage with our renewable energy solutions.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in assisting customers with inquiries related to our products, services, and installation processes. You will play a critical role in promoting the benefits of renewable energy, ensuring that our clients feel valued and informed about their options.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding renewable energy solutions
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, service options, installations, and energy savings
  • Provide guidance on the benefits of renewable energy and address any concerns or questions
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure resolution of customer issues
  • Collect feedback from clients to help improve our service offerings
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on addressing client needs
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry, is a plus
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
