Your mission

As an Onboarding Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of the entire onboarding process for new customer Proof of Concepts (POCs). You will guide customers from contract signature through activation and first value realization, ensuring they are set up for success before being handed over to a Customer Success Manager after conversion. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver a smooth, structured, and value‑driven onboarding experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Discovery & Interviews – You conduct structured user interviews to understand customer workflows, priorities, and success criteria. You translate these insights into concrete onboarding and configuration concepts that lay the foundation for a successful partnership.
  • Platform Setup & Configuration – You set up customer accounts and configure Building Radar according to industry, region, and buyer persona. Through regular review sessions, you optimize filters, signals, and settings, and ensure that the CRM is properly set up and all administrative processes run smoothly.
  • POC Project Management – You manage the entire onboarding and POC process, plan timelines, coordinate milestones, and prepare and co‑lead kick‑off meetings together with the Sales team. In strategy sessions, you validate value propositions with customers and ensure that the defined goals are achieved.
  • Customer Enablement & Early Activation – You guide new users through their first steps on the platform, enable them to use it effectively, and ensure that all relevant stakeholders quickly understand and realize the value of Building Radar. You identify risks early and proactively mitigate them to keep the POC on track.
  • Handover to Customer Success – You prepare a structured and insight‑driven handover to the Customer Success team, including a clean system setup, clearly defined use cases, and meaningful usage and adoption data, ensuring a seamless transition into long‑term customer success management.

  • You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • You are willing and able to travel to meet customers on site.
