Our client is a consolidated Logistics and Transporting company that needs to incorporate a Solution Design Specialist profile based out of Germany.

Mission:

Reporting to the Solution Design Coordinator, this person will be responsible for designing and developing technical‑commercial solutions adapted to client needs, ensuring the feasibility, quality, and profitability of projects.

Main functions:

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical and economic proposals.
• Perform solution design, calculations, and dimensioning using AXL and other internal tools.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and business case presentations for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to validate feasibility and alignment with company standards.
• Participate in kick‑off meetings and ensure correct handovers to project execution teams.
• Support continuous improvement processes within the Solution Design team.

Requirements:

• Technical university degree, preferably Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in solution design within logistics, automotive, or industrial environments.
• Strong command of AXL for calculations and scenario modelling.
• Ability to analyze operational flows, layouts, resources, and cost structures.
• Native German and high level of English. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical content clearly to clients.
