You will guide prospective clients through the more in-depth conceptual and technical phases and lead them sustainably toward success.
Who You Are:
- You have a degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- You bring several years of experience from management consulting or from industry roles focused on process development, consulting, or project management
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to simplify and convincingly present complex technical and business concepts
- You have a confident presence, take ownership of your work, and are skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- You quickly grasp client challenges and develop tailored, actionable solutions that address their needs
- You are open to occasional travel to client sites and industry events, representing Valuedesk on the ground
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
What You Will Do:
- You are the go-to expert for prospective customers in all technical and subject-matter questions, helping to build trust in our cost optimization and efficiency program solutions
- You ensure that the concepts you design are realistic, executable, and aligned with customer needs — from the initial idea through to practical implementation
- You work closely with the Sales team, providing strategic consulting and ensuring Valuedesk is positioned as the ideal solution
- During the conceptual phase, you collaborate with Customer Success to plan a smooth implementation — ensuring a seamless transition after contract signing and continuous client engagement
- You maintain a close exchange with the Product Management team to discuss technical feasibility, requirements, and potential adaptations to meet customer needs effectively
- Occasionally, you represent Valuedesk at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, expanding your network and connecting with potential clients
