Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (w/m/d)

Join us at Capgemini as a Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (w/m/d).

About the Role

We advise and support our clients in selecting, implementing, and integrating suitable CRM solutions, focusing on optimizing and digitizing business processes and industry-specific trends. Our CRM team works on innovative and complex projects across Germany for renowned international clients in various sectors. We operate in modern, agile structures and offer extensive training opportunities. This position can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

1. Consult and guide our clients on technical solution concepts and implementation strategies.
2. Analyze and define technical requirements, selecting appropriate technologies and tools within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
3. Create scalable and sustainable Microsoft Dynamics 365 architectures.
4. Design and conduct technically oriented workshops.
5. Actively contribute to expanding our Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise, including support during pre-sales phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience designing and implementing solution architectures in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Practical experience in agile or hybrid development environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are required.
