Must Haves

• Solid experience in Kotlin or Java, and TypeScript
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in successfully shipping fullstack applications on a major tech stack (ours is Spring Boot + Angular, but we are open to other experiences)
• Basic understanding of cloud native technologies like Kubernetes or any major cloud platform
• You ensure long-term code quality by writing meaningful tests with common frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Cypress)
• Fluency in both German and English
• A genuine commitment to fostering a culture of care, respect, and empathy, welcoming and supporting all individuals regardless of background or identity
