Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Lycamobile’s social media strategy across paid and organic channels. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and performance-driven marketing to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement an integrated social media strategy aligned with Lycamobile’s global and local marketing objectives.
- Define KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage the social media content calendar across all platforms.
Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and oversee engaging, brand-aligned content for organic channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver high-quality visuals and campaigns.
- Adapt content for local markets to ensure cultural relevance.
Paid Media Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging for continuous improvement.
Community Management
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in line with brand tone and customer care guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics for both paid and organic initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and monthly reports to management.
- Stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media management, with proven success in both paid and organic campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent reading & writing skills in Dutch.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and branding sense.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance.
- Experience working in telecom, tech, or consumer brands is a strong advantage.
