We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our presence across key platforms and drive impactful influencer partnerships. This role will shape how our brand shows up online, combining channel ownership, creator strategy, and content coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and grow our official social media channels, including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube.
  2. Identify, onboard, and manage creators and KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
  3. Create campaign briefs and content guidelines that drive consistent, high-performing content.
  4. Develop a centralized content calendar across platforms and markets, working closely with design and creative teams.
  5. Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies.
  6. Align strategies and execution with internal business partners and regional teams, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management, ideally within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment.
  2. Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
  3. Strong copywriting, briefing, and storytelling skills with an eye for what performs well across platforms.
  4. Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Creative thinker with an eye for trend-spotting and innovative content.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  7. German fluency is a must.
