Overview

ServiceNow Solution Architect (Remote – Germany)

Location: Remote (Germany-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our client's team and provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow implementations. In this role, you will lead solution design, define architectural standards, and ensure scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions that meet both technical and business needs.

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Germany and fluent in both English and German.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow architectures.
• Define and enforce platform governance, best practices, and development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and consultants to align technical design with business goals.
• Guide development teams on solution implementation and integrations.
• Act as the primary technical authority during workshops, demos, and client meetings.
• Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends, advising on platform roadmap and strategy.
• Mentor and support consultants, developers, and junior architects.

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or senior technical consultant.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.), and integrations.
• Strong background in solution design, platform governance, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, CIS in multiple domains) are highly desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Germany with the ability to work remotely.
